1. Data Source and Delays

• Results, events, line-ups and statistics come from an external sports data provider, and we show them as we receive them after automated checks.
• We fetch live matches from the provider every 15 to 30 seconds, and during live matches the page in your browser refreshes about every 12 to 30 seconds (less often when no matches are being played, and not at all while the tab is hidden). An event may therefore appear a minute or more after it happens, and later still if the provider is delayed.
• Data from the provider may arrive incomplete or wrong and be corrected later (such as a goal being disallowed or its scorer changed), and it changes on the Service accordingly.
• In case of conflict, the official sources of the competition organisers prevail, not the Service.

2. Computed and Approximate Data

Some of what we show we compute ourselves, and it may differ from official figures:

• Computed standings: for competitions whose standings the provider does not supply, we compute them from results and apply the competition's known tie-breaking rules. They may differ from official standings, for example where points are deducted by administrative decisions.
• Live standings: during live matches the standings change with the current score; they are provisional until the matches end and the official standings are published.
• Top scorer lists: we may compute them from the match events we hold, and they may differ from official lists. We show an explicit status when no accurate list is available.
• Qualification in knockout rounds: we infer the qualifier from results, the aggregate score and the team's appearance in the next round. We show "by administrative decision" when qualification contradicts the result, without details of the decision.
• Player statistics: we exclude figures that break logical rules and show "—" when a figure is missing, so some figures may appear incomplete.

3. Names of Teams, Players and Competitions

• We show names in Arabic from several sources: manual review, the provider's Arabic name, dictionaries, and machine translation by artificial intelligence. A translation may differ from the name commonly used in the media.
• When no reliable Arabic name is available, the Arabic pages temporarily show the original name in Latin letters until a translation is available.
• If you see a wrong name, write to us at [email protected] to correct it.

4. Fixture Times

We show times in your device's or account's time zone. Organisers may change or postpone a match, and the change reaches us from the provider after some time. Check the time with official sources if it matters to you.

5. Broadcast Channels

• The broadcast channels shown are indicative information that we enter manually, and they relate to broadcasting in the Arab region.
• Broadcasting may differ by country or subscription, and channels may change without our knowledge.
• We do not broadcast any match, are not affiliated with any channel, and provide no streaming links.

6. Notifications

• Push notifications rely on Google's Firebase service and on your browser, device and connection. They may therefore be delayed or occasionally not arrive, and they are not delivered during the quiet hours you choose.
• When a goal is disallowed after its notification was sent, we send a correction to those who received the first notification, and the two may arrive in a different order.
• Do not rely on notifications for anything where a delay or non-delivery would cause harm.

7. No Betting and No Financial Decisions

The Service is for following matches and general information only. It offers no betting or betting odds, and its data must not be used for betting, gambling or any financial or commercial decision. We accept no liability for any decision made on the basis of it.

8. The Service "As Is"

The Service and its data are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, of their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Suffarah is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from using the Service or its data or being unable to use it, or from delays or errors in data or notifications.
• Because the Service is free, users are not entitled to claim any financial compensation for its interruption or for errors in its data, to the extent permitted by law.
• This section does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. External Links

Links to external services (such as sharing and calendars) open at your request; we are not responsible for their content or practices, and they are subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Reporting an Error
